Pictures and stories of Damien (pit) Daisy -aka. sissy(mix-breed) along with the other family members Bear(mix-breed) & Honie(chi-pom) Well for starters here is the story behind my two best friends..... Daisy's birthday is 8/5/2004 --- Shes a Leo just like mommie ;) I first met her on August 27th which was just after I was told by a friend that works at the local Animal shelter that two puppies were left in the overnight kennel. So I went up to take a look because I had been waiting on a puppy to adopt. Well I adopted all 2.3 pounds of her !!!! Best decision I've ever made adopting my 'daughter' :).. .. And she really is just like a daughter.. She is im just gonna say A Mix Breed.. She looks like so very many different breeds I can't tell anymore. When I brought her home boy did i have my hands full :) as you can figure she was taken from her mother too soon. On top of that she had 3 different kinds of worms... but nevermind all of that .. She's the best kid.. She is fixed (requirement when you adopt from the animal shelter) She has her mood swings and she may be stingy with the bones but she will let you love on her all day long and has yet to leave the outskirts of the front yard! Shes not very destructive but im sure she could be :) Shes no to big on meeting strangers unless a family member is around and coax's her to say hi.. Now she is just over 2 years old and weighs in at 26 pounds of pure sugar Damien's birthday is 7/31/2006 He's a Leo like Mommy and Sissy! Was 13.2 pounds the day he became part of this family. Oct 2006 Well as soon as I found out about a co-worker needing to get rid of him I was on it. .. Always wanted one! Ended up I got him been a great dog so far and wouldnt trade him for the world! He's still learning and has cought on well and still has along way to go but I have to keep in mind hes only a pup so I try not to push him too hard. :) He is not fixed.. dont think im gonna get him fixed right now either. Right now he weighs in at 23 pounds and is steady growin (Note- My ex had his ears done broke my heart because he didnt take him to a vet and the guy didnt do them equal... just makes him unique though and theres nothing wrong with that!) |
